Wilmington, Del., September 28, 2023 — R Racing Stable’s No Sabe Nada scored a hard-fought victory the Delaware-bred or certified $100,000 New Castle at Delaware Park today.

With Kevin Gomez aboard, the 4-year-old son of Jersey Town prevailed by a nose over Rebel Empire with Mychel Sanchez. It was a length farther back to Golden Candy, with Axel Concepcion, in third. The final time for six furlongs was 1:10.19 over a fast-main track.

No Sabe Nada raised his Delaware Park record to six wins, a second and two thirds from 11 starts. His career mark is six wins, a second and four thirds from 16 starts with earnings of $303,590.

“He ran his eye balls out and he got his nose out just in time to get the job done,” said winning trainer Edward “Ned” Allard. “We are going to just digest this win today and go from there.”
