Wilmington, Del., October 3, 2026 — Ribble Farms, Hoolie Racing Stable and Kamp Racing Stables’ Regaled notched her second consecutive victory in the $600,000 Grade III Delaware Handicap at Delaware Park today.

With Joseph Ramos aboard, the 5-year-old daughter of Mohaymen won by 3-lengths and returned $9.40 as the third choice in the field of eight.  Chasten, with Luis Rivera Jr, finished second.  It was another 1 ¼-lengths farther back to the 5-to-2 favorite Nerazurri, with Jaime Rodriguez, in third.

Regaled covered the mile and an eighth in 1:53.22 over a muddy track.  The Kentucky-bred trained by D. Whitworth Beckman became the eighth two-time winner of the race joining Endine (1958 & 1959), Obeah (1969 & 1970), Blessing Angelica (1971 & 1972), Susan’s Girl (1973 & 1975), Nastique (1988 & 1989), Royal Delta (2012 & 2013) and Elate (2018 & 2019).

She earned $330,000 for the victory to raise her earnings over a million dollars to $1,301,823.  This was her fifth career victory from 24 starts.

“When we broke from the gate, I knew I had the horse and it was just a matter of getting the trip,” said winning rider Joseph Ramos.  “It was just about how quick they would go the first half.  I kept her in the clear, but I also did not want to lose ground.  I knew I had the horse, it was just about the trip and staying clear, so we could get there on time.  I had to be patient and trust my filly.  She was awesome today.”

The Delaware Handicap is a Breeders’ Cup Dirt Dozen Bonus Series race for the $2 million Longines Breeders’ Cup Distaff on October 31 at Keeneland. The top three finishers receive credits toward Distaff entry fees: $30,000 for first, $15,000 for second and $7,500 for third.
